Interplan Projecten develops all-in interior concepts for selected high-end new development and coordinates the entire finishing process. This ranges from interior design all the way up to implementation and delivery: we tailor the chosen interior concept to the floor plan of your home, organize planning, and ensure a high-quality, turnkey finished interior.

Our customers are buyers of homes in the new-build projects Interplan Projecten is already involved in. Often, they did not yet buy a home and are using the website to explore their options. Once a home has been bought, the new residents receive detailed information about the interior concepts and the finishing process during the initial buyer consultation.

No, you are not obliged to get one of our interior concepts. These concepts are an additional service: if you choose Interplan Projecten, we will handle the entire coordination and finishing process, relieving you of any concerns regarding price control and planning. If you prefer to take care of everything yourself or opt for a fully customized solution, this is also possible of course.

At an early stage, you can get a general idea of the interior concepts and receive an initial price indication. During the initial buyer consultation, you will receive the brochure and a detailed explanation. You can then schedule an appointment to visit our showroom. Once you have chosen an interior concept, we will start the STYLE process. For more info about this process, please read the question ‘What does the process look like after choosing an interior concept?’ above.

At an early stage, you will get a first look at the interior concepts and receive an initial price indication. We then walk you through all possible options. Based on your choices, Interplan Projecten will draw up a personalized, accurate budget. During implementation, we monitor this budget and ensure that the finishing is carried out in accordance with the interior concept and the options chosen.

On the Projects page, you can see which current and completed new-build projects we have developed interior concepts for. This overview gives you an idea of the available concepts. New concepts will be added each additional project.

You can choose from two to four interior concepts, depending on the project. You can find these on the Projects page.

Interplan Projecten works with a streamlined process, clear responsibilities, and strict quality control. We exclusively select top professionals to carry out the work, monitor planning and budget closely, and continuously perform quality checks. Before delivery, we perform a final check to ensure that everything will be delivered as agreed upon.

Each interior concept includes a set of fixed options that allows you to tailor certain components to your needs. You can think of variations in layout, materials, or built-in appliances. In order to properly manage quality, planning, and budget, no further customization is possible beyond these options.

Turnkey means your home will be ready for you to move into immediately after delivery: the kitchen will be installed, floors and window coverings are fitted, built-in cabinets will be assembled, and the lighting plan—if chosen—will be implemented. It’s a high-quality finish, which means you don’t have to do any further finishing work yourself.

Interplan Projecten follows the STYLE process which involves five steps:

• Scope: the interior concept you chose, is fitted into the floor plan of your home. You can choose from different options within the concept and receive a clear budget.
• Timing: we draw up a schedule, select top professionals, and take over from the contractor after the structural work has been done. Everything is carried out on time and within budget.
• You: you don’t have to do anything; we coordinate the finishing work and keep you informed of the progress.
• Final inspection: before delivery, we perform a final, rigorous quality check to ensure everything is exactly as agreed.
• Enjoy: your home is stylish, finished perfectly, and ready to move into. Now it’s time to enjoy your new home!

You can experience the interior concepts in real life in our showroom in Sassenheim, close to the A44 exit. During a scheduled appointment, you can view the various designs and already discuss the possibilities within your preferred concept. The showroom visit usually takes place after you have received the initial information and brochure during a buyer consultation.

The interior concepts are developed in close collaboration with renowned interior architects. These may be the same architects who designed the building itself, such as van Egmond, architecten, or specialized interior designers such as Just Design.

An interior design concept is a carefully thought-out style for your new home. The concept sets the atmosphere, materials, and colors and includes at least:

• a luxury kitchen
• flooring
• window coverings
• built-in cabinets
• optional detailed lighting plan

The interior architect translates the style into an all-in-one solution for your home, so that everything—from kitchen to lighting and custom cabinets—fits together seamlessly.

Anyone who wants a fully custom interior can choose a process with interior designers outside of the interior concepts. In that custom process, the interior is fully tailored to your individual wishes, but you then organize the finishing process yourself. We cannot do any preparatory work for you during the shell construction, and the finishing can only start after the home has been delivered.
