This is hardly surprising for two residential buildings located right next to Hotel Oranje. The first building is located directly next to the hotel and consists of 52 luxury apartments and 3 penthouses. The second building is next to the first one and has 29 apartments and 2 penthouses. Sales of residential building 1 have started.

In collaboration with van Egmond, architecten and Just Design, four unique interior concepts were developed. The principle: high-end design, a focus on luxury and comfort, exceptional materials, and great attention to detail.

Van Egmond, architecten
The Noordwijk-based family business van Egmond, architecten is one of the leaders in the design of luxury homes. Led by brother and sister Diederik and Britta van Egmond, they designed the two luxurious residential buildings. They are also responsible for the interior design of the common areas, such as the lobby and various reception areas. For Residences van Oranje, van Egmond, architecten developed two interior styles that blend seamlessly with the architecture. If needed, they can also develop a completely personalized interior design. They offer a full-service approach to ensure your apartment will truly become your home.
Concept 1: Bright Beach
A serene style in soft sand tones that reflects the tranquility of the beach. With natural materials, sturdy details, warm cream colors, and timeless wood as a basis. Elegant, refined, and fitting for comfortable living on the Dutch coast.
Concept 2: Classic Coast
Classic contrast meets modern comfort in a stylish black-and-white palette. Elegant moldings, classic lines, and subtle details create an atmosphere of grandeur. A timeless style that reminds you of the interiors of French seaside resorts.
Just Design
Just Design is run by the energetic duo: Denise Boekhoorn and Esther Pijpers. The Amsterdam-based studio specializes in creating exclusive living environments for high-end apartments, luxury villas, stylish yachts, offices, and hospitality. For the interior of Residences van Oranje, Denise and Esther have developed two unique styles: one minimalist, the other warm and sensory.
Concept 3: Elemental Escape
A minimalist interior that breathes tranquility and simplicity. With natural materials, clean lines, and light tones.

Concept 4: Sunset Sanctuary
A warm, sensory style reminiscent of long summer evenings. With soft fabrics, shiny accents, and a glowing color palette. An atmosphere that embraces you like a gentle sunset.
